Your host is our hotel restaurant’s chef. Peter himself cooks and places great emphasis on quality and sustainability of the produce used. We get many of our ingredients from local suppliers and create seasonal menus. You won’t get bored, since our culinary range reaches from Tyrolean delights to international cuisine.
